Shipping

Each LUMOS artwork is made to order at our production studio in Europe. Please allow 9-14 business days for production and delivery within Europe; deliveries outside Europe may take longer.

Shipping to all countries in Europe, including Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway, is free of charge. For deliveries outside Europe, shipping costs are shown at checkout.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, any additional charges such as import duties, taxes and customs fees are borne by the buyer.

Return

All LUMOS artworks are produced individually to order once purchased. Because each piece is a made-to-order, personalized item, it is not eligible for return, exchange, or the statutory right of withdrawal once production has begun, in accordance with Art. 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Austrian Consumer Rights Directive-Implementation Act (FAGG).

This exclusion does not affect your statutory warranty rights. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at studio@lumos.art within 14 days of delivery, including photos of the damage. We will arrange a free repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.
