Shipping

Each LUMOS artwork is made to order at our production studio in Europe. Please allow 9-14 business days for production and delivery within Europe; deliveries outside Europe may take longer.

For deliveries within Europe (including Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway), shipping is included in the listed price. For deliveries outside Europe, shipping costs are calculated based on destination and shown at checkout.

Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return

All LUMOS artworks are produced individually to order once purchased. Because each piece is a made-to-order, personalized item, it is not eligible for return, exchange, or the statutory right of withdrawal once production has begun, in accordance with Art. 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Austrian Consumer Rights Directive-Implementation Act (FAGG).

This exclusion does not affect your statutory warranty rights. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at studio@lumos.art within 14 days of delivery, including photos of the damage. We will arrange a free repair, replacement, or refund, as appropriate.
