FAQ

Questions & answers

What exactly am I purchasing?

An individual fine art print, framed to museum standards and released as part of a limited edition.

In which sizes are the artworks available?

Every artwork is offered in three sizes: small, medium and large. The exact dimensions and proportions differ from work to work, as the artist chooses the format that suits each image best. The precise measurements are shown on each product page.

Are the artworks black and white?

Yes, by artistic choice.

What does limited edition mean?

Each work is limited to 25 pieces. Once an edition is complete, no further copies will be produced. Every piece comes with a signed and numbered certificate of authenticity.

How long does production take?

Each artwork is made to order. Please allow 9–14 business days for production and delivery within Europe.

Will the final artwork look exactly like the images online?

Natural variations in contrast, brightness and grain can occur between screen and print.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, worldwide. As our production is based in Europe, please allow additional time for deliveries outside of Europe.

Is shipping included in the price?

Yes, within Europe, including Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Norway: shipping is free and the price you see is the final price. For deliveries outside Europe, shipping costs are shown at checkout. For destinations outside the European Union, any import duties, taxes and customs fees are borne by the buyer.

Can I return an artwork?

No. Every artwork is made to order, so the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply once production has begun.

What if my piece arrives damaged?

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected. Please contact us at studio@lumos.art within 14 days of delivery, including photos, and we will repair, replace or refund at no cost to you.

Do I receive the copyright when purchasing an artwork?

No. The copyright remains with the artist. You own the physical artwork.
